kyc & verification

stripe connect handles identity verification, bank account verification, tax id. we just pass through. if stripe asks for more documents, we surface that in your dashboard; usually it’s a driver’s license scan or utility bill.

what gets deducted from the payout

• ticket face value total (plus)
• refunds issued during the period (minus)
• chargeback costs, if any (minus)
• sales tax we remit on your behalf, where applicable (minus)
• instant payout 1% fee, if used (minus)
